This policy explains how PassOut, a product of Concept Crafters ("we", "us"), collects and uses your information.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number and email address when you create an account or book a ticket.
• Booking details: event, tickets, payment status and check-in time.
• Basic device and usage data to keep the service secure and working.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

How we use it

• To create your account, confirm bookings and deliver your tickets.
• To send transactional SMS and emails such as login codes, booking confirmations, tickets and event updates.
• To provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.

Sharing

We share your name, ticket details and check-in status with the organizer of the event you book, so they can admit you. We do not sell your data. We share data with service providers (payments, SMS, email, hosting) only to run the service, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account, and request deletion of your account from the Help section. Some booking records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes.

Grievances

Complaints about privacy can be raised through the Help section in your PassOut account and are handled by the Grievance Officer, Concept Crafters, Nashik, Maharashtra. We respond within 15 days.

Our role

PassOut is a platform that connects event organizers with attendees. Each event is organised by the organizer named on the event page, who is responsible for the event, its content, timing and venue.

Tickets

• A ticket admits the person shown on it, once, to the event and date booked.
• Each ticket has a unique QR code. Do not share it; the first scan is the one that counts.
• Organizers and venues may set their own entry rules (age limits, ID checks, bag checks).

Prices and fees

The ticket price, any booking fee and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

Changes and cancellations

If an event is cancelled, postponed or changed, we will inform you by SMS or email. Refunds follow our Refund Policy below.

Acceptable use

Do not resell tickets for profit, create fake bookings or misuse the platform. We may cancel tickets or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

• Event cancelled by the organizer: full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method.
• Event postponed: your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, you may request a refund within the window shown on the event page.
• Cancellation by you: allowed only if the event page says so, within the time shown there (for example, up to 24 hours before the event).
• Booking fees: refunded when the event is cancelled; otherwise as stated on the event page.
• Timeline: approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Refund requests can be made from your booking in the PassOut app or website.

PassOut sends SMS from its registered sender ID through a DLT-registered provider, in line with TRAI regulations.

Messages we send

• Login codes (OTP) when you sign in or verify your number.
• Booking confirmations and tickets after a successful payment.
• Event updates such as reminders, time or venue changes, and cancellations for events you have booked.
• Refund updates for bookings you have made.

Promotional messages

We send promotional messages only if you have opted in, and we respect DND preferences. You can opt out at any time from your account settings.

Your number

Your mobile number is used only for the purposes above and is never sold.
